REFUND POLICY: SALES & SECURITY DEPOSITS
SALES:
All sales are final with on refunds offered unless otherwise specified in writing. All sales are subject to State of Arizona and City of Mesa combined sales tax of $2.25 with the exception of Security Deposits.
SECURITY DEPOSIT STATEMENT & REFUND:
Security Deposit Refunds along with an Itemized Statement will be processed within 30 day of termination of occupancy.
